As for the image, it’s an excuse we cannot use in PHP, so when you see one of your programmer slacking around, he is probably really slacking around.

I’m not saying that slacking around is not good, as a matter of fact, i’m quit a slacker myself, here and there, whenever i’m stuck on some problem or i need to clear my mind, i take a small 5min break and check my mails, twitter, various blogs.

As a Lead Programmer, i have no problem when i see someone from my team checking the Web now and then, it’s how we get shit done, by making sure that everybody is in the best condition possible.
